Entrance realm of a business center is a compelling challenge within a bustling urban environment. The building is situated near a major central railway hub, meaning the site must accommodate significant pedestrian footfall in addition to the internal traffic of residents.
Our primary objective was to ensure a seamless aesthetic continuity between the exterior landscaping and the newly renovated lobby interior. The design language is sleek and contemporary, featuring satin-finish metal accents and premium-grade water-resistant timber in refined tones.
All street furniture (urban elements) were selected with high-density specifications and vandal-resistant properties to withstand heavy use. We conducted a comprehensive market analysis to evaluate the availability and relevance of modern forms and technical parameters for specialized outdoor furniture and accessories. Based on this, we developed a curated supplier guide highlighting the advantages of various manufacturers.
Furthermore, significant emphasis was placed on the softscape design. The new greenery was meticulously integrated into the existing landscape fabric to ensure a cohesive and established look.
