The interior design is inspired by the modernist era of the 1960s, with aesthetics expressed through the use of three main noble materials: rich marble, porous travertine, and dark walnut veneer.
The main goal of the project was to create a sense of comfort and care for the residents and there guests. This is achieved through two main approaches:
Creating intuitive layout solutions where the environment is designed without obstacles.Guests are offered a diverse range of possibilities and freedom of movement. This allows for the formation of new needs that the space is ready to satisfy. Guests can sit at the coffee point, browse books, or have conversations with neighbors and discussing the art that delicately fills the place.
Another approach is the meticulously designed lighting scenario in all areas. Again, based onintuition, guiding guests to specific points highlighted by light. Decorative lighting in lounge areas for solitude, as well as specialized fixtures in meeting rooms or stroller rooms.
