The Cookers gourmet bistro is located in the very center, on Lubyanka.
We wanted to replace the atmosphere of the strict government Lubyanka and breathe into the place an atmosphere of pre-revolutionary openness and freedom. In a building built 112 years ago, the interior of the restaurant serves as a reunion point between the past and the future: modest but tasteful, bridging the gap from the 1900s to 2018.
The mix of bistro and healthy fast food was reflected through contrasting colors and textures in the interior, with elements of greenery and neon.
