The premium business center in the innovative district of Moscow features an updated retail lobby located in the main building of the complex. The task was to seamlessly integrate furniture groups into the minimalist architecture, organizing the space according to traffic flows and usage scenarios. Despite the business-oriented function, it was important to create the atmosphere of a hotel lobby—calm, inviting, and refined.
Several lounge areas are placed within the colonnade of the lobby, each tailored to different needs of visitors and employees: secluded double seating along the panoramic windows, a meeting area with spacious sofas and armchairs, a cozy living-room-style zone for informal communication, and a private corner separated by a decorative screen.
